What was reported
Authority documents not being E-Mailed. Authority granted 6/25 after 65 days pending. No option in Motus to download Authority Certificate Letter. According to the motus announcement (https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration/whats-coming) these should be automatically emailed to the address on file. That also is not happening.
Additionally, Registration history is blank/missing as well as correspondence in the OA History shown in the Operating Authority Registration>MC Authority accordion menu.
"Emailed Agency Letters: In addition to receiving letters by mail, Motus emails copies of the most requested Agency letters (such as certificates, permits, or licenses, and confirmations of new applications for registration) directly to company account owners."
