What was reported
Operating authority section missing from Motus screen (started 5/25/26)
Company name missing from active BOC3 service provider (Since 5/20/26)
Processing of Insurance forms, updates, renewals halted.
Processing of any grants, revocations or changes hated for all authority types.
Process halt identified on L&I page and confirmed against federal data feed/datasets found on https://data.transportation.gov/ limited changes were made on 5/20 but other than those nothing has processed since 5/15 for any carrier, broker, or Freight Forwarder.
