Due to clerical error from my mcs90, are operating authority was unauthorized.

What was reported
Due to clerical error from my mcs90, are operating authority was unauthorized. FMCSA says I need to claim my DOT number to fix it. I am unable to login to Motus to claim my DOT number. I submitted claim tickets and form Mcsa-5889 for fix. But no response. Also insurance submitted new revised mcs90. This has been going on since May 13, 2026
