Trying to get logged into MOTUS from Login.gov and keep getting this error code that it is locked or suspended.
Confirmed Confirmed: DNA has confirmed this is a real MOTUS problem. 3 people have reported it or marked it as affecting them. No workaround is known yet. Last updated Jul 9, 2026.
