What was reported
Applied on old site 5/4. BOC-3 and insurance done right after. The old site never updated those but MOTUS does reflect them finally. Our authority is still pending, though. We never received anything after the 20-day mark and I have contacted them three times now and escalated it. They don’t know why it’s not showing as active yet and have no timeline for when it will be fixed. If it’s not fixed within 60 days from 5/24, I guess we have to reapply and pay another $300 and deal with the mess of switching insurance and all the other filings to the new number, if that’s even possible. It is so frustrating and we are leasing on with another carrier in the meantime to get our truck on the road which is costing us more money.
