In the words of the person who reported it.

We have submitted 100+ insurance filing cancellations which MOTUS accepted. We have proof of this. After going back into MOTUS, we see that the filing cancellation is no longer present, although the insurance is no longer active. Shippers/Brokers/Carriers need to know that MOTUS insurance status is not correct.
