FMCSA asked me to take a screen shot of a Pending Business information Change to prove it matched a payment I made.

What was reported
FMCSA asked me to take a screen shot of a Pending Business information Change to prove it matched a payment I made. The system prefers to show only my TSP application. I can click on my clients company and then my company and I will see 1-5 of 23 transactions. If I click the arrow to see more, the screen goes back to my TSP application. I cannot see transactions 6 through 23 which I need to prove for this carrier. Attached are the 2 screens I can see in transactions.
