Please amend [company name removed] current status to ACTIVE immediately.
We submitted the required filings on 9/9/2026, effective 9/15/2026, with the minimum required insured. However, the expired policy is still showing as active (filings cancelled 9/15/26), our status is showing as pending (effective 9/15/26) and the insured’s status is showing as inactive.
Please review and correct the status immediately to reflect the effective filing and current active coverage.
Please send confirmation once this has been corrected.
